(AUSTIN, TEXAS – September 29, 2014) My Yacht™ Group, an international global luxury events producer, returns to Ballet Austin for the third time to host its two-night Monaco-style nightclub, My Yacht Club (MYC), during the 2014 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix™ weekend. Known for its luxury hospitality events on world-class yachts in locations such as Monaco, Cannes, Miami, Monterey and London, MYC brings its entertainment flair to Austin by transforming the main studio of Ballet Austin into a dazzling international style club on Friday and Saturday, October 31 and November 1. This year, Ballet Austin will receive benefits in support of its Night of Community Program, which works with more than 100 regional nonprofit organizations to distribute 10,000 free Ballet Austin tickets to individuals facing significant personal and financial challenges. For a third year, Entertainment Marketplace LLC CEO Nicholas Frankl brokered the deals to bring the Club back to Austin.
For two nights, Ballet Austin, located at 501 W. 3rd Street in downtown Austin, becomes the city’s ultimate off-track evening destination, featuring reserved tables with bottle service, the Golden Girls, international DJ, Alex Karlsson, a glittering shot-pouring aerialist and more. On Halloween, the club will transform into an enchanted forest; guests are encouraged to compete in a costume contest in which the winner walks away with a limited edition, 24k gold leaf-wrapped Methusalem (6 liter) of champagne valued at $20,000. Saturday night, the club revs up the glam factor with the Models’ Party. MYC operates from 10pm until 4am.
Reserved tables are available at five price levels ranging from $5,450 for the V8 table to $75,000 for the most exclusive club experience, the Methusalem V16 Ultimate Table. This red carpet package includes four gold-wrapped commemorative Methusalems, 10 Golden Girls, dedicated waitresses, two security guards and up to 20 guests on a private stage overlooking the dance floor. There are also individual VIP tickets for $325. Ten-percent discount on all rates through October 1st.
