My Yacht® Club Exudes Style With Cadillac During 2017 USA F1® Weekend
Los Angeles, CA October 22, 2017 – My Yacht® Group (MYG) returned to Austin, Texas during the 2017 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix® race weekend with its custom-created My Yacht® Club (MYC) and brought an extra dose of style and performance to the proceedings through a promotional partnership with Cadillac.

For a sixth consecutive year, MYC – plus partner Blu – welcomed F1® enthusiasts, local and visiting HNW guests, racing drivers, models and more to the custom-created F1® after-party that saw MoonFire Lounge / Vaughn Rooftop transformed into an sophisticated nightclub featuring Heineken®, Global Beer Partner of F1®, and Belvedere® Vodka on every table. Notable attendees of the weekend included Renault F1 driver Nico Hulkenberg, IndyCar Champion Oriol Servià, the COTA Grid Girls and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
As Official Automotive Partner and Supplier of My Yacht® Club, Cadillac set the sophisticated tone with two stunning models – the ATS-V and CTS-V, one of only 115 limited edition in Glacier Metallic, – ‘welcoming’ guests to the Club throughout the weekend that began with a pre-opening cocktail reception hosting top Cadillac executives and lead engineers of its V Spec program, plus F1 journalists, tech innovators, influencers, drivers, and more.
New Austin-based American watch brand Tockr, that launches October 23rd, showcased a selection of its stunning timepieces, including the Air-Defender and the C-47 radial engine series. Inspired by the golden age of aviation, plus the individuals whose daring and imagination made it happen, each exceptional timepiece is made with the finest traditions of contemporary watchmaking.
VIP guests of both the reception and the Club could call upon exclusive Cadillac shuttles in order to “arrive in style”. A simple text or call and a ‘My Yacht Club’ decaled vehicle (Escalade, CT6 and XT5 Crossover) was curbside within 15 minutes to whisk guests to the Club in luxurious comfort.
In addition to all the on-track excitement that saw Lewis Hamilton take the checkered flag for Mercedes AMG Petronas, clinching the World Constructor’s World for the team, a thrilling Cadillac driving experience saw MYC guests putting the CT6, CT5 Crossover, plus the 640HP CTS-V through their paces in hour-long test drives around town.
