Britannia Presenters 2010

Valerie Bertinelli, Jerry Bruckheimer, Marion Cotillard, Rosario Dawson, Dakota Fanning, Jane Leeves, Jane Lynch, Wendie Malick, Carey Mulligan, Cillian Murphy, Kevin Spacey and Olivia Wilde to Present at 2010 BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards TV Guide Network to Deliver Exclusive U.S. Telecast of Award Show and Red Carpet on Sunday, November 7

LOS ANGELES, Nov 02, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The British Academy of Film and Television Arts/Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) has announced its full list of presenters for the 2010 BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards. Valerie Bertinelli, Jerry Bruckheimer, Marion Cotillard, Rosario Dawson, Dakota Fanning, Jane Leeves, Jane Lynch, Wendie Malick, Carey Mulligan, Cillian Murphy, Kevin Spacey and Olivia Wilde will be presenting at the ceremony on Thursday, November 4, at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.

As previously announced, Scott Free Productions will be honored with the Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Filmed Entertainment; Jeff Bridges with the Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film; Michael Sheen with the Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year; and Betty White with the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence In Comedy.

Golden Globe and BAFTA nominated actor and writer Stephen Fry will return as Master of Ceremonies for the second consecutive time.

TV GUIDE NETWORK will exclusively telecast the 19th Annual BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards on Sunday, November 7, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, marking the first time the Britannia Awards show has ever been aired on U.S. television. Prior to the awards show, the network will air a 30-minute red carpet special at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT.

The 2010 BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards are sponsored by BA, Bombay Sapphire, Vertu and Asprey.

BAFTA Los Angeles The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles' outreach programs benefit members and other professionals working within the entertainment industry, as well as the Los Angeles community at large. The British Academy Los Angeles provides exclusive access to screenings, Q & As with talent and filmmakers, conversations with leading UK-based film and television executives, and the Heritage Archive features broadcast-quality interviews with distinguished British members of the film and television industries. Educational Community outreach to the Los Angeles community includes a screening program for inner-city youth at Helen Keller Park and other LA county parks, a collaboration with Warner Brothers on a Summer Screening Program in 30 city and county parks and working with George Washington High School on bringing creative talent for screenings, seminars, Q & A's, and a Shakespeare Drama workshop. Additional programs include scholarships for post-graduate programs, Festival Awards and encouraging student talent with an Annual Student Short Film Festival.

Maintaining a long tradition of recognizing the finest filmmaking and television talent, the British Academy hosts a series of social networking events, including the annual Britannia Awards, the Orange British Academy Film Awards Brunch, the Annual Garden Party, and the Awards Season Film and Television Tea Parties in January and September. BAFTA Los Angeles' members vote annually for the prestigious Orange British Academy Film Awards as well as for the International Program category at the Phillips British Academy Television Awards.
